South African Golf Institute NOTICE:
APPLICATIONS FOR 2013 PGA DIPLOMA AND GAP YEAR NOW OPEN
The Institute offers a number of programs to suit players wanting to follow a career in golf. Application for these programs is now open.
There are 3 programs on offer:
3 Year PGA Diploma – academic and golf practical with play
1 Year Golf Gap Year – academic and golf practical with play
Full-Time Golf Program – Golf practical with play
Programs Info: The Diploma provides a platform for the student to enter a myriad of golf related careers from playing on tour, golf directorship, retail, Teaching Professional etc Cape Peninsula University of Technology provides the education component with the Institute looking after the players game need and coaching. The Gap Year provides the player with the ability to play, learn and study whilst working on trying to enter a playing career and receiving a golf-related Certificate after one year. This certificate can be used for credits if the student decides to enrol in the Diploma at a later stage. Subjects include: Golf Retail, Coaching Children and Equipment technology. Full-time program is a training to play program designed for players wanting to enter the playing world of golf with their eyes set on the tour. |
